In light of the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus and along with the recommendation by the American Dental Association, we have made the tough decision to close our office for all non-essential dental appointments for at least 2 weeks. This includes all hygiene appointments (regular teeth cleanings and periodontal maintenance) and non-essential restorative appointments. Dr. Willis and Dr. Nelson will still be seeing patients to treat essential dental needs. Essential dental procedures are those with moderate decay, swelling, pain, infection, or denture issues that prevent function.
If you have a cleaning appointment or a restorative appointment that you feel would be considered non-essential, scheduled from now until April 30th, 2020, we will be contacting you soon to reschedule. if you have not heard from us, please call the office during regular business hours.
By closing the office to all non-essential dental treatment, we are doing our part to eliminate the spread of this virus that is currently affecting our community, and people who could potentially be affected in the future. We are planning to reopen on May 1st, 2020, but will let you know if anything changes regarding recommendations or requirements.
